Brewed

Day 91
Challenge: Use coffee, in some form.

 Coffee Snail No. 1
[mostly painted]

Coffee Snail No. 2
[mostly dripped]

Notes:
As I worked, I made up little techniques for controlling area and intensity.
I am, once again, curious to work in the fluid land of watercolor!
That is a nice surprise.

Kudos to those artists who jump into watercolor with both feet!
 I name four, here:

Ellen Eilers, the neighborhood artist of my childhood  . . . and now everyone's artist!

 *
The late Dr. G. Korte, our talented and patient watercolor instructor.
St. Cloud State College
 *
Joyce Young, Hutchinson's own!

Marion Caroline, whom I met recently at Gallery North in Bemidji.
